Lunch was an exercise in indulgence. As I walked with my intern, Angelina, we stumbled upon a “FREE ICE CREAM” stand by TD plaza. It’s amazing how long people will stand in line for something free.

That being said.. we partook in the cold icy goodness and continued our pilgrimate to the new food cart La Brassiere to try their new BRASS sandwich – rotisserie chicken sandwiches topped with crispy deep fried onion strings in one of the softest buttermilk buns I’ve ever eaten.

I love the chicken gravy.

It was comforting, rich, and flavourful. I highly recommend it. NOM NOM it up!
